It’s been a long time not posting anything here. I’ve been so busy working and roaming around in Davao City with my Tim.  

Don’t have any idea what to post in here, but I will post something relevant articles soon. gtg .:)

I’m so sad because we only have countable hours to talk with each other, sharing one’s experience for that day like "How’s going on?", "What you doin’?". I understand that in this situation we have right now it’s very rare to see each other, talk each other because we are busy with our own lives. Like me, I’m working right now and I’m focusing my mind on my career. I always end my day very exhausting. I don’t even have time to update my facebook account, fix myself before going to bed. And him, he is always busy too. He used to be like a driver of his family and ended up sleeping after a long trip to somewhere else. He always woke up very late and with that we can’t text each other anymore because it’s time for me to prepare myself to go to work. That’s how conflict our time is. I’m missing him sometimes because we barely see each other in a week. But I understand. Someday, i’ll be used to this kind of situation.

This past few weeks I encounter some misunderstandings with my friends or shall I say "Barkada" which made me different in handling this kind of situation. Before, when my friends and I quarreled for some lame reasons knowing that it wasn’t my fault I was the one who let my pride down so that everything will be fine. I always do that thing. Sometimes I felt pity to myself but then it’s how I show and value our friendship. I don’t want us to become enemies. I don’t want that when going to school and seeing each other outside without saying hi, hello and how are you.
And now, we are at the age of adolescence we have to stand on our own. And know our responsibilities and know what’s right from wrong. Indeed, we have to think mature because it isn’t right to look at that you’re old enough but still you think and act like a kid.

Last week, my friends (not to mention their names) and I has misunderstandings which we cannot avoid. I didn’t mind it so much since that reason is so lame.One day I updated my facebook account and definitely they were my friends. Whenever they update their account and posted  some status in their wall with comments on it I can see all of it. One time when I logged on on facebook, I saw a status coming from one of my ex-friends(enemy). And it’s all about me, though he didn’t mention my name but it’s very obvious that it was me. When I read it, i cried, a lot. The words that they constructed with the word "ditch" on it gives me so much pain, anger and hatred as well. How can they be so rude throwing me those words to think that the reason behind it is shallow and i just did it once. Not like my other friends, they did it many times. But why me? I’ve been so good to them. I’ve been a good friend. Yes, I did the usual thing since what I did when I was in high school. Again and again I said sorry sincerely to them not personally but through text and facebook. Then one time I saw in her profile saying "Duh, as if your sorry could change everything." She didn’t mention my name directly but i know it was me that she’s referring to. OUCH! Ang sakit naman nun. Because of that, it waked me up. I don’t want to lower my pride anymore because it shows that I am loser. I don’t want to be like before. Kawawa, tanga… It’s time for them to realize and know their mistakes since we are mature enough at our age. I don’t wanna say sorry and I don’t wanna see them ever. I felt hatred and anger to them.

But one time my friends set us up. I saw her, and I saw the other one. I didn’t act as if I’m affected of what had happened. They are forcing us to be friends, and forcing me to say sorry. But I didn’t do it  because of my anger. Then one moment, she spoke, she said sorry. Actually, I don’t want to face her. But I am a soft hearted person, I stood up but I didn’t said sorry too instead I just hugged and kissed her. And then we are friends AGAIN. The other one came, same thing as they did. But I never ever say sorry to him. Seeing his face makes my pressure high.. That pressure is ANGER. He didn’t say sorry and make some moves to let us be friends again. Honestly, I accept it. I’m not longing for his friendship anymore. I’m contented with my friends now. And hoping that my closest friends will never do the same to me.

Thanks to Tim Patrick for spending his time to listen about what I feel and sending advices to me and to GOD for his unending care and love. For making me feel that He is here at my side, tapping my back saying you’re not alone and everything will be fine.

As I’ve read the article, I’ve come up with a conclusion that it is not fair to compare those two people who fought for our country though it’s not in the same heroic ways. Both of them have good intentions to save our country from the Spaniards, to protect our country and the Filipino people against them. Being a hero is not the matter of how rich they are, how intelligent they may be, how poor they are, or how low their standards in life. Like Rizal, he belongs to a wealthy family and he studied at the prestigious schools here in the Philippines and to the other country. And Bonifacio belongs to a poor family and he even finished schooling. But it is the matter of how they love their country, how brave ther are and willing to fight to the Spaniards for the independence of one’s nation. Instead of comparing them, why not let your self be active in spreading their heroic deeds and their contributions they have imparted to our country to our fellowmen.  Those deeds will serve as an inspiration to the Filipinos and also an encouragement that during the time that we are down we have to fight and never lose hope.
